ASI - Authors Advisory Council (round-table) Bloomington Indiana

On March 26th and 27th 2008  Bernice and Andy Tate  represented AuthorHouse's  Children's Fiction Publishing  Genre,  along with a select group of exceptional authors, illustrators from other genres, in what could be characterized as an independent self publishing industry first, of AuthorHouse's  parent company,  Author Solutions, Inc (ASI) creation of the Authors Advisory Council - "round-table". The agenda was an open forum focusing on what ASI could do to better help authors promote and sell their books, how to make the independent self publishing process better for authors and other recommendations. It was an amazing event.

President and CEO of Author Solutions, Kevin Weiss who is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and guiding strategic direction for the company along with Keith Ogorek and other senior level executives, seriously took under advisement many recommendations of the Authors Advisory Council.

  The event took place at the Author Solutions, Inc World headquarters in Blooming, Indiana.
